About ATX
ATX (formerly RJ Potoski Consulting, Inc.) was founded in 2003 with the intent of providing the highest quality and personalized services to each and every client. That commitment still holds true today.
About the Founder - Robert Potoski, P.E.
Robert has over 40 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry as a project/program manager, claims analyst, forensic engineer, expert witness and construction advisor. His background includes large-scale public and private works contracts.
He has broad knowledge and experience in engineering design, project/program/construction management, contract and construction administration, cost and schedule control, construction defect analysis, and the evaluation and resolution of all aspects of construction claims.
Robert’s experience includes a unique blend of construction roles that allows him to understand the positions of all parties involved in the construction process from design through project closeout. He has been in responsible charge of design, managed projects for general contractors and construction management firms, and acted in the capacity of the project owner or owner’s representative.
His wide spectrum of projects includes airports, schools, healthcare facilities, power plants, bridges, prisons, courthouses, water filtration and wastewater treatment plants, and military/defense facilities.
Robert has provided expert testimony at mediation, arbitration and trial regarding schedule delay and disruption, contractor means and methods, construction defects, entitlement, and quantification of damages.
